Every Lúcido feature exists to take work off your plate, not to add another screen to fill in.

You write to Lúcido's chat what you want to invoice or quote, in your own words — “quote for Garnika, 3 photo sessions at €150 each”. The assistant helps identify the client, lines and amount, and you review it before issuing. If the client already exists, it recognises them and doesn't duplicate them; if an essential detail is missing (the amount, above all), it asks before making anything up.
Taxable base, VAT broken down by rate (0/4/10/21%), personal income tax withholding when you're a self-employed professional, and equivalence surcharge if it applies. Everything calculated, never typed in by hand — so you avoid the mistake of getting a calculation wrong.
Every issued invoice gets a sequential number per series that is never skipped or repeated, and once issued it becomes immutable: it can't be edited or deleted. Any correction is made with a new corrective invoice, as the law requires.
Upload your logo and brand colour once in Settings, and they appear automatically on every invoice and quote — header, totals and all. Live preview as you edit, not only at the end.
When the client accepts a quote, you turn it into an invoice with a single button — it copies all the data, assigns a real invoice number, zero retyping.
The lines of a document are free text: it works just as well for “Visual identity design” as for “Repair of electrical panel fault” or “Labour for bathroom tiling”. No templates locked to one sector.
Connect your account from your bank's app (Open Banking / PSD2, read-only): balances and transactions up to date, a warning before access expires (every 90 days) and payment reconciliation — if a deposit matches an issued invoice, you mark it as paid with a tap. Lúcido doesn't see or store your credentials and can't move money. You can disconnect whenever you want and delete what was imported. 1 bank on Basic, 3 on Pro and 5 on Premium.
Minimal Card, Corporate Classic (with a SEPA transfer QR), Modern Bold, Dark Editorial, Typographic Mono and a line-item Summary with a chart for quotes. You pick a default for invoices and another for quotes, customise the colours, see an example with your brand before deciding, and can use a different one on a specific document. When asking by chat, just say “with the dark template”.
A slider lets you freely choose the size of the logo and you instantly see how it looks in the document header, with its equivalent in millimetres of paper.
Every line accepts a unit of measure: units, hours, days, m, m², m³, linear metres, kg, litres, km, trips or a lump sum. And there are shortcuts to add transport and freight or travel by the kilometre. You enter the amount; Lúcido never makes it up.
Invite colleagues by email (2 users on Pro, 4 on Premium) as a member or an administrator. With Premium you manage several businesses from the same account, each with its own invoices, clients and tax details, and switch between them with a selector.
For a client's monthly fee or each quarter's quote: Lúcido leaves you a draft ready on the day it's due. You review it and issue it; nothing goes out unless you decide.
Invoice Marketing and Accounting at the same company, each with its own address and email, sharing legal name and Tax ID. No duplicated clients.
If the bank brings an outgoing and an incoming amount of the same size between two of your accounts, Lúcido suggests marking it as a transfer so it doesn't inflate your income, your expenses or the tax summary.
Tell it how long you'll take (1 h, 2 h, 4 h, whatever it is) and Lúcido alerts you when time is up — even with the app closed if you turn on notifications. If you haven't finished, extend the time with a tap. Hours are logged per project and client, and you move them to a draft invoice.
Log your materials with their units, cost and sale price. When you use them on a project they come off the stock, are tied to that client and can be invoiced. It warns you when you're running low and won't let you use more than you have.
Income from hours and materials, minus the cost of the materials and of your hours: see the profit and margin of each project and of all of them together, so you know which ones really pay off.
Every quote you've sent stays in view: how many days it's gone without a reply, when to write to the client again and how many you win or lose. Lúcido alerts you when it's time to follow up.
Issued-invoice book, expenses book and profit-and-loss by quarter or year, exportable to CSV for Excel.
What you expect to collect and what you'll pay over the next 3 months, week by week, starting from your bank balance.
If you're an accountant, see on one screen every business that has given you access, by quarter: invoiced, VAT, expenses to review and pending payments.
Add your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal.me…) and it appears at the foot of your PDF invoices. The money goes straight to your account.
Per-business keys to read clients and invoices and create draft invoices from your store or your own software.
Lúcido organises and calculates an estimate of your quarterly return (VAT form 303, income tax form 130) from your tagged expenses and income — it doesn't replace your accountant, but it saves you from walking into the meeting with the numbers in your head instead of on paper.
